NGSG TO EMPLOY 1,000 HEALTH CARE WORKERS – DR JEREMIAH ALEKE
The Acting Provost College of Nursing sciences, Dr Jeremiah Aleke has applauded the decision of the Niger state government to employ 1,000 Health workers inorder to boost manpower in the health care sector of the state.
Dr Jeremiah said the decision would afford health care centres across the twenty five local government areas of the state the opportunity to deliver quality health care to the people
According to him, the college of Nursing sciences would continue to take the lead in nursing education as both the Staff and Students are working assiduously to justify the huge investment of both the government and Parents in the Sector by insisting on quality.
He said ” The College will not Compromise Standard because Students especially those that has nothing to offer academically will be showned their way out, we are always insisting on excellence as hallmarks of our training”. He added
The Acting Provost further disclosed that already All the Courses in the College has been fully accredited while the institution will by 2024 begin to admit Students for National Diploma and Higher National Diploma programme.
He urged interested members of the public who wants to make a career in the health sector to apply to the institution for courses saying that the academic Pedigree of the college is that of excellence
