This has made it possible for the airline to carry out its flight services with the effectiveness it desires.
A decade of operations in this sector by Air Peace has dismantled the age-long uncertainty of african managerial capabilities.It is true to mention that in spite of the challenges the airline faces, the CEO continues to demonstrate his determination to populate his airline with indigenous professionals and anchored his belief of economic determinism.
This is a further determination in providing an economic platform for Nigerians to thrive.

Dr Onyeama noted that under the minister’s watch, the industry continue to witness great and positive changes, therefore making the aviation sector grow stronger and thus making the industry giants such as Boeing and Emirates to mention a few show great confidence in the nigerian economy and the aviation sector in particular.
His philosophy of economic determinism further ensures that domestic operators are not crippled and ensure job creation and survival in the nigerian aviation sector. He also made nigeria an epicentre for interconnectivity to deepen the value chain in support services of other sectors.
In conclusion, therefore, it is important to mention the impact of this great engineer, economist, and philosopher and a businessman that his economic thinking is not only worth implementation by the aviation sector should a matter of fact be applied all other sectors of the nigerian economy.
