Responding on behalf of the deceased families, the state commissioner of police CP Bello M. Sani appreciated the governor’s efforts in supporting security agencies in the state to discharge their duties diligently.

He said the donation would go a long way in supporting the families of the deceased officers who died in active service of protecting their motherland.

The commissioner urged the families to make good use of the donation.

It could be recalled that two police officers, ASP Bala Audu and Inspector Bashar Mohammed, lost their lives recently, following an attack by Lakurawa sect at Natsini village in Augie LGA of Kebbi State.
