Gov. Idris mourns Gov. Radda’s mother

The Kebbi State Governor, Comrade Dr Nasir Idris, Kauran Gwandu, has condoled with Gov. Umar Dikko Radda of Katsina State over the demise of his mother, Hajiya Sarafa’u Umaru, who passed away on Saturday night at the age of 93.

The governor described the death of Hajiya Sarafa’u as a great loss not only to her immediate family but also to the entire society.

He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings and grant her Jannatul Firdaus.

“May I use this medium to extend my heart felt condolences to government and good people of Katsina State over the demise of our mother, grand mother and mentor, who left behind a vacuum that will be difficult to fulfill.

“May the Almighty Allah accept all her good deeds, clear her sins and admit her into Jannatul Firdaus with ease,” he prayed.

Gov. Idris urged his colleague to accept the will of God in good faith and always remain prayerful for Almighty Allah to grant her eternal rest.
