NIGER SSG COMMISERATES WITH FAMILY OF LATE HAJIYA HADIZA TANI USMAN
The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Alhaji Abubakar Usman, has received with profound sadness and a deep sense of loss, the passing of Hajiya Tani Usman, the Procurement Officer of the SSG’s Office.
Hajiya Hadiza died in the early hours of today, 4th October, 2025, after a brief illness.
In a condolence message, Alhaji Usman described the late Hajiya Hadiza as a dedicated, meticulous and highly principled public servant who was deeply committed to her duties.
“The entire office of the Secretary to the State Government, is thrown into mourning by the sudden demise of our dear sister and colleague, Hajiya Hadiza Tani Usman. She was a pillar of integrity and diligence in the discharge of her responsibilities. Her passing is a great loss to our administrative machinery and to the state,” the SSG stated.
He highlighted her significant contributions to ensuring transparency and efficiency in the procurement processes of the State Government, noting that her professionalism and warm camaraderie will be sorely missed by all who worked with her.
The SSG, on behalf of the staff of his office, extended his heartfelt condolences to the immediate family, friends and professional associates of the deceased.
He prayed to Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings, grant her soul eternal rest in Aljannah Firdaus and give the bereaved family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
