North central women associations to present meritorious award to first Lady of niger state Hajiya Fatima Mohammed Bago

The North Central Women Association (NCWA), is to present a Meritorious Award to the wife of Governor of Niger state Hajiya Fatima Mohammed Bago

The award is in recognition of her remarkable achievement and immense Contribution to the well-being of mankind and service to humanity.

According to a press statement signed by the National President of the North Central Women Association (NCWA), Dr. Maryam Abu-Goodman and made available to Platinumnews.com in Minna Tuesday.

She explained that the award was made possible after the award screening committee “has properly scrutinized your curriculum vitae and profile and duly find you worthy of the award.”

Stating that the presentation will be part of the activities to mark the inauguration of the National Executives slated to take place on Friday the 29th of November,2024.

Speaking in a telephone interview, Dr Maryam Abu-Goodman, disclosed that the North Central Women Association (NCWA) was established to identify some women from the North Central states that have performed creditably well in their respective position

Equally, she noted that the association was aimed at improving the well-being of vulnerable women within the region through empowering them with skill acquisition programs and meaningful schemes that will have direct bearings on their lives.

She explained that the association is a non political and religious inclination ” but purely a non governmental and non profitable Organization that is out to better the lives of women from the North Central States”

” The North Central Women Association (NCWA), was established to identify those women from the region that has performed credibly well in their respective callings and their position.

” The association was also established to improve the well-being of those women Particularly,the Vulnerable among them through scheme acquisition program that will make them selves reliance.

” It has no any political inclination but purely a non governmental and non profitable Organization that was established to put a smile on the faces of our women from the North Central States” she asserted.

Also Dr. Abu-Goodman disclosed that the North Central Women Association (NCWA), was found with the of bettering the lives of women and girls child as well as advocate for women inclusion.

According to Dr. Maryam Abu-Goodman, she was moved by the increasing level of poverty among women in the region to establish the association stating ” that like other regions in the country that established such associations that have sofar impacted positively on their women”.

She then requested the support from well placed women and wives of the six governors of the North Central States to throw their weight behind the association towards improving the well-being of vulnerable women from their region.
