Let’s be closer to God to avert the hardship and wickedness,-CCN Chairman.

Nigerians have been asked to serve God with all their hearts and strength to avert the endless episode of hardship and wickedness befalling the country.

The Chairman Christian Counci of Nigeria CCN, Niger state chapter,Venerable Daniel Tsado, stated this while delivering a sermon to comommerate the 2025 Easter Sunday celebration at the st Peter’s Anglican church Gbaiko in Bosso local government area of  Minna.

Venerable Tsado who is the Vicar in charge of the Church focuses his sermon from the book of Jhon chapter 20, decried the manner people serve God in a lackadaisical attitude, stressing that such attitudes will not bring us out from the present predicaments.

He lamented how people decides to focus only on their daily life to the detriment of their salvation, this he said will  not urgur well for the society until all and sundry is committed in serving God.

“We should emulate the life of Mary Magdalene who search for Jesus Christ after the third day of his death and appear to her ” here iam why searching for me amongst the death”,go and tell the world that I have risen from the death”.

“This is the life expected of Christians to search for the Lord Jesus Christ a living  God to earn salvation for the entire Nation, should not be like doubting Thomas, as we are the salt of the World”.

He said the resurrection of Jesus Christ have given hope of eternity to mankind,adding that our service to God is measured and can be achieved through dedication in worship.

Venerable Daniel expressed  dismay that serving God is not by jumping from pillers to poles searching for an immortal god,stressing that God exhist everywhere even at home with  your Bible God answers prayers.

He admonish Nigerians to pray for the country and leaders so as to reposition the country’s lost glory through a devine intervention.

During  the sermon Venerable Daniel sang a Chorus to members of the Church, Tittled “Jesus is alive for ever”which signifies faith and hope of salvation for the entire world”.
