Husband and wife buried amidst tears at Pati-Shaba Kolo in Lavun local government area of niger state

It was an historic and sad moment for the families of late Eli Ndagiman Jiya and late Martha Fatima Mamma, who are Husband and wife, were buried the same day Saturday at Pati -Shabakolo in Lavun local government area of Niger State.
The death of the husband and wife might have given people outside the family a second thought bogged with numerous questions in their mind as to how the two died and were buried the same day.
Late Eli Ndagiman was said to be very I’ll, while the wife, late Martha was moving round to ensure the survival of her husband, the trauma she pass through compounded her problem and collapse though couple with their age both of them was rushed to Yetu group of Hospital Bida where a Doctor confirmed her death but unknown to them she is death already right from the village ( Parti shabakolo.
According to the family of late couple the husband died five days after the death of his wife who they described kind and accommodating in any cercumstance that may confront them during their life time,and were dedicated to the service of the. Lord.
Delivering the funeral sermon at Saint Peters Anglican Church Pati-shaba kolo the resident vicar of the Church venerable Jonah Saba focuses his sermon from the book of Luke 6 vs 32 and Mathieu 5 vs 7 admonish the Christians to be compassionate as Jesus did without showing any differences.
He said the life style of the couple is worth emulating by the youth their marriage life was devoid of rancour, asking youth to show compassion to their wife to build a home devoid of acrimony for better society.
In a tribute to the family,the vicar in-charge of St Peter’s Anglican church Gbaiko in Bosso local government who also the state Chairman Christian council of Nigeria ( CCN) and the Inlaw to the couple Ndagiman and Martha ,Venerable Daniel Tsado,said their legacy of love, faith.will continue to linger in his mind.
“Today,I honour the lives of my dear farther and Mother in-law,I appreciate God for the blessings of my farther and Mother in-law in my life, they showed us unconditional Love to endure through life challenges,their love has been Pilar of strength to my life.”Venerable Tsado re-enphasised.
Our correspondent reports that late Eli Ndagiman Jiya and late Martha Fatima have clock 105 and 85 years of age respectively.
The officiating Ministers include the Bishop of Doko Diocese,RT Reverend Uriah Kolo and that of Bida Diocese,Rev Jonah Kolo others include 14 clergy Men from various Churches were at the funeral service.
